A New Life

Months has passed. A new life, a new challenge, same problems. These are my daily routine. I can't even imagine how thankful I am that I living in the life that I am living in right now. What does this all mean? I don't care. I am living in the minute, in the second, in the now. Thank you.

Thank to the Creator for the blessed life that I am living. Slightly harder then before but if I still manage to live this life so far, then I am stronger then before. Thank you to the MD for giving me the opportunity to be in the position that I am now. Without you, I wont be the person that I am now. Still a bit lazy but not like before. Thank you to all of the people that I have met till now. Without any of you, my life would seriously be dull. No meaning, no target, no achievements.

So what am I talking about then?

Simple ... I am happy. I am thankful to God for my life. I am grateful to Eddie for believing in me to some extent. I am happy and honoured to know people such as Eddie, Iskandar, Lynn, Jay, Rafil, Zafran, Yoyo, Pian and not forgetting Laili for the good times in the office and outside of the office. Meeting unique, funny, loveable people all around me over the past years.

Without any of you as I've said before, my life would be dull, without meaning.

Living My Life

Ooooh
La la laLa la la
Mmmm
Hey yea
No no
Mmm
Oh no
Hmmm

Oooh I'm so happy that
I'm Livin' my life
I never knew what I went through
But hoped everything'd turn out right
I'm rememberin' the days that I was holdin' my head down
When people came around I always pretended to smile
But I knew
Deep in my heart
That I was slowly
Fallin apart
Some days
All I wanted
Was to hold my mother's hand
And hear her say
"Baby...
You're gonna make it"
Over and over again
So I

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
(Livin' my life)
And I'mSo glad I made it this far
(oh)
And
Nothin' honna bring me back down
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around
(turn me around)

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
And I'm
So glad I made it this far
(so glad)
And
Nothin' gonna bring me back down
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around

Don't want nobody to think
It was easy for me
It took a while just to get down
Too many people just didn't believe
I'm remembering the sacrifices that I had to make
I would cry myself to sleep and say that it would be ok
But I knew
That if I prayed
That I would be on my way someday
Some times
All I wanted
Was to hear my father say
He would say
"Baby...
You're gonna make it
And I don't care what people say"
So I'm

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
And I'm
So glad I made it this far
And
Nothin' gonna bring me back down
(Bring me back down)
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around
(Turn me around)

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
And I'm
So glad I made it this far
And
Nothin' gonna bring me back down
(Bring me back down)
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around
(Turn me around)

Oh I want the world to see
Everything that's happened to me
I went from goin' out my mind
To always on time
And I am no longer a fool
Since my days are cold without you
And I'm so
(I'm so)
Happy
(Happy)
Baby baby babe
Said I'm so
(I'm so)
Happy
(Happy)
Baby baby babe

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
And I'mSo glad I made it this far
(So glad)
And
Nothin' gonna bring me back down
(Nothing)
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around
(And oooooooh)

And I been livin' my life for quite some time
And I'm so glad I made it this far
(Yeah yeah)
And
Nothin' gonna bring me back down
(Bring me back down)
And
Nothin' gonna turn me around
(Turn me around)

HOW TO STOP PEOPLE FROM BUGGING YOU ABOUT GETTING MARRIED

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next."
They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

Human Rights = Video Games ???

So I had a very interesting talk with a friend I knew from the internet. This talk I had with him is purely between 2 people who had a thing or two to say about some current issues. It is in no way, forcibly trying to change the world, though we would want to see it through. It has been edited but you would still get the whole gist of the talk. Also, all names except for mine has been changed.

Caution: It is a bit descriptive. To some of you, it might be a little too much information. Please keep an open mind on this. It is after all 2 people speaking their minds out.

Ashaman:
Well, TJ was a great man, transcending all times, demographics, races, sexes and other ... but that’s only because we need to have that extra room for growth. *TJ = Thomas Jefferson

Me:
Yeah I know

Ashaman:
I will be the first to tell you how f***ed up the US is

Me:
How so?

Ashaman:
I'm sure that you know, you have a country with probably more intelligence than we do on our best day

Me:

Ashaman:
Nowadays anyway

Me:
Is there any particular event that happened recently that is making you say this?

Ashaman:
Uh, George W being given a second term by our 'electoral college' somehow

Me:
Never did like him, not to say he is a war mongerer (how ever you spell it) ... but when it comes to war ... he sure is damn active in his chair

Ashaman:
If you had been a part of our 'pseudo-democratic' process, I'm certain that you'd understand very quickly

Ashaman:
50% of our country does not like George W at all...

Me:
Hahaha … that’s telling him something

Ashaman:
Unfortunately, the rest of the world is going to judge us on what the minority of our country thinks....

Me:
To be honest, the feeling I have with his actions against Iraq, its due to the fact of revenge for his dad ... I'm not saying that it is ... but that’s the most concrete feeling I have for him

Ashaman:
Yeah, I am TIRED OF WHAT THE WORLD SAYS IN GENERAL

Me:
And what do you hear of the world saying in general over in the US?

Ashaman:
I ONLY WANT PEACE. There are more human rights involved in video games nowadays than there are in real life

Me:
Hahaha ... that's a very super cool statement to give ... it could be so bloody true. good one

Ashaman:
Unfortunately so. I'll tell you what Ezar; I thank God that I live in a country that will allow me to believe in whatever I want to religiously. As long as I believe in the Christian God. Even though I do, what happens if I don't, here in the land of the free?

Me:
Yeah, imagine me living there. I’m a Muslim. What sort of a reaction that the general public will think of me?

Ashaman:
Our 1st constitutional amendment involves freedom of speech, of the press, of religion etc ... that is the VERY BASIS of our SYSTEM OF RIGHTS. beyond that... hmmmm these are the things that we wish upon our opponent countries, however we only want these countries to implement these 'rights' of theirs in a manner befitting the ideal citizenship of the typical US populace

Ashaman:
You know what really sucks, is that Egwene is in our room with a girl that she's spent months trying to get alone with her ... and I'm sitting here trying to figure out what the hell I'm doing here. Alright man, I'm going to go cash in on the fruits of Egwene's labors now; I'll see you in the morning

Thus ends our little talk. Hope you like reading it as much as I loved talking about it.

Selamat Hari Raya, kepada saudara serta saudari ...

Ahh the holy fasting month. It is coming to an end. When it does, I would like to wish all of my Muslim friends and all Muslims a very happy raya.

As 1 month of fasting has past, I have come to realize on the smaller finer things in life, to the most evil one person can do. I have come to a revelation of understanding life and its surroundings and how precious it is.

I wouldn’t want to bore you with what exactly happen. But suffice to say that as Hari Raya approaches, I am grateful to all of the splendor that I have received till now and I would want all of my loved ones and to anyone who is reading this to have a better health and better everything for that matter.

I love my Angel even more. Wouldn’t think of a better person to be with now. If we stumble and fall than I would want to say thank you. You really are one of the best things that have happened to me. But if we carry on standing high and tall, I would just like to say that I will never stop loving you.

You are a shine of radiance in my life. Just like the first beam of sunlight creeps over the horizon at dawn till the end of its spectrum falls back in at dusk.

So as we are having our last break fast tonight I would like to wish all of you again …

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
